 Ok, I know Halloween took place almost a week ago, but I did not cover it, so I am now. This Halloween we went back to doing actual Halloween, because, for the past few years, we have done little to nothing for Halloween as it was our goal to have a harvest feast and dress up as historical characters instead. Long story short, our attempts failed, so we dressed up and went trick or treating; this year we stuck to the classics, Witch's, Ghosts, and Vampire's filled our house, except for Mary that is, she went as a Ninja Turtle. I personally was a Witch this year and had hoped to bring Turtle my pure black Kitten, (She is a  little on the small side but is quiet, but I am the only person she likes.) this did not happen, however. As we went from house to house the three youngest girls, Jessa, Emma, and Mary, were always the first to the door, and the last to leave.  For those of you who have read my post about Brindie, I no longer have her. She was hit by a truck just over a year ago and I got another Dog about six Months ago, his name is Monty. He may not look it but he is a total mutt pup, he is Heeler, Cardigan Corgi, Pit Bull, and Lab. he is very quirky, and I love it! he has these gigantic ears that can pivot in any direction, and when I first got him he had the shortest legs ever he has since grown taller but is still pretty short; when you mix these with his happy go lucky attitude and the want to be with me everywhere I go, you find a dog that happily greets people and is very smart and willing.  Hi everyone! after a few years of being inactive I have found the desire to blog again. for those of you who are new to this blog, I started it in 2013, and went inactive in 2018, in those five years I stayed very active, and although there was no set date of when I would put together new posts, you could always be sure that pretty soon another one would be posted. My last post was about My Dog Brindie, and just after that one we became very busy, working with cows, chickens, pigs, etc. as we had begun building our Family farm called Wovoka Ranch. that first year went faster than it came and filled with long days and hard work. that year we raised a few animals that we had never raised before: Meat Chickens and Turkeys, and Rabbits. out of all three, I think the most labor-intensive was the Chickens and Turkeys, we had three hundred Chickens at a time, and they were placed in what are called Chicken Tractors, Chicken Tractors are chicken enclosers that are ten by twelve feet, and ...
